My name is Simon Olney, I have started Greyhound Fitness to help people feel informed and empowered in their fitness journey.

I only started training as an adult, so understand the difficulties of juggling the responsibilities of adult life while keeping in good shape. 

I live in the Cotswolds with my ex-racing greyhound Poppy, and specialise in online coaching to maximise impact, while keeping the costs down for the client.
