Most people are smart enough to know that they should do some exercise if they're want to look and feel good. They don't want to be getting out of breath going up the stairs, know they could stand to lose a bit of weight and want to get stronger to help them keep up with the world around them.

Online Programmes and Education
We have distilled a decade of experience in the industry into a series of fully comprehensive online programmes, to help as many people as possible.
Our programmes are not simply a list of exercises on a PDF. They come with instructional videos, coaching points, regressions and progressions for every exercise. We will also teach you about the science behind the exercises at an appropriate level for each programme.

Learn About Your Body
Most fitness professionals fall into one of two camps. They either try to articulate complex theories that confuse and alienate people, or they try to bluster their way through subjects they don't understand.
Education is a massive pillar for us, as we believe it's a major part of the buy in. If someone understands the why behind their training, and how it will help them achieve their goals, they will be more likely to stick to a programme.
Whether it's helping you understand how your body works, teaching you about different muscles and what they do, or helping you nail the correct form, we want to help you feel empowered.
Developing autonomy
If someone wants to get fit, it's common practice to hire a personal trainer. However, it's in the interest of a PT to make a client reliant on them, and hang onto them as long as possible. What starts off as healthy relationship can deteriorate as the client feels pressured into booking sessions they no longer want or need.
I want to help someone develop the independence and confidence to be able to finish one of my programmes and feel empowered enough to continue by themselves. If they wanted to come back and buy another one of my programmes I certainly wouldn't complain, but I don't deliberately withhold information to create a sense of dependency.


Affordable Programmes
Most online personal trainers will charge an arm and a leg to try and attract high net worth clients. Personal training is a cut-throat industry, and for many it's the only way they can see of keeping a roof over their heads.
The issue for me is that it makes fitness a luxury product, only for those with the disposable income to pay these high rates. It leaves those who probably need fitness the most frozen out of the space.
I would rather sell thousands of reasonably priced programmes to people like you than focus on coaching the top 1%. Rather than spending all day sending cold DMs to executives on LinkedIn, I prefer to create programmes that can have a much greater impact on the health and happiness of the population.

Sick of "beginner friendly" plans which have you training six times a week? Unlike most PTs, I started my fitness journey while working full time, so won't try to tell you we all have the same 24 hours in a day.
I'd much rather someone trains two times a week than not at all, which is where my entry level programmes start.
We know exercise can feel intimidating, so have plans which use bodyweight only, and cover the absolute basics such as what a set is, gym etiquette and how long to rest between exercises.

Achieve your goals through sport
I believe the best way to keep yourself motivated is to find a sport that speaks to you. Whether someone gets into tennis, running or rock climbing, I can help you find ways to keep fit outside of the four walls of a gym.
While I don't want to push people towards something they don't feel comfortable with, or just isn't appealing, I have used my qualifications and experience in endurance sport to help create a series of entry level programmes to help you get started in something that may feel appealing, but too intimidating to even consider without expert guidance.
