MEET YOUR COACH

My Values
As a coach, I value honesty and integrity among everything else. So much of the fitness industry is based on smoke and mirrors, I want to cut through all of this and share my knowledge with you, not hold the best stuff back for clients paying me several thousand a year.
While I am well versed in exercise science and I apply the principles I learned on my various qualifications to my programmes, I also have an understanding of what it's like trying to fit exercise in around a family, full time job and social life. I do not expect someone to go from nothing to training six days a weak, and won't dismiss someone as weak if they don't have the same level of dedication that I do.
I am very adverse to the concept of over promising and under delivering, so you won't find me promising to help you move pain free or lose a certain amount of weight in a given time. But I do promise to do everything I can to help you improve your relationship with exercise to set you up for long term success.

My Story
Like most of you, I didn't really do much exercise after leaving school. I was still active, but didn't do anything that could be described as structured exercise, let alone training.
Then shortly after moving to London I joined a gym to boost my low self esteem and give me some confidence. It didn't work until I found they were running a triathlon in their pool and on the cardio machines, which captured my imagination. I enjoyed riding my dad's mountain bike, I could do some heads up breaststroke in the pool, and figured I could teach myself to run.
In 2013 I completed my first event, and in spring 2016 I decided to leave my job in the film industry to help others achieve a similar transformation.

My Goals
As a coach, I want to reach as many people as possible. I'm in this business to empower people and change lives, not to make a quick buck by overcharging people with more money than sense.
I am turning my back on the trend of pursuing high value clients to deliver quality coaching programmes to people like you. Selling thousands of affordably priced programmes allows me to change more lives by making fitness accessible, while still keeping a roof over my head.
My hope is that by distilling over a decade of experience and knowledge in the fitness industry into a series of accessible programmes, that I can help people cut through all the misinformation and fads out there to finally achieve their goals.

"This is the 27th marathon I've done, and the first one I've lined up for without any kind of injury. I see keeping up with the strength work as a non negotiable going forward" - Tom M

Neil G
I am down 5KG in six weeks with a 4.1% reduction in body fat. 4.7KG of the weight lost is fat, 0.1g loss of muscle mass. Need to take it all with a pinch of salt salt, but the trends are heading in the right direction
