My name is Simon Olney, I am a triathlete and personal trainer with a decade of experience in the fitness industry.

Inspired by the speed, athleticism and strength of my ex-racing greyhound Poppy, I have created a series of affordable fitness programmes that can be followed in your own time. 

If you're tired of being yelled at by boot camp instructors or paying through the nose for 1 to 1 personal training sessions, my programmes might be just what you need to achieve your goals.

I am also proudly independent, so you can rest assured that you will not be force fed any supplements, equipment or other products.

We don't expect you to give up your takeaway, your lazy Sunday morning or alcohol if you want to follow our programmes. We'll do what we can to educate you on how these will impact on your ability to hit your goals, and let you come to your own conclusion, rather than making decisions for you.

 

Sustainability is at the heart of all of our programmes. Rather than put you through the wringer for 12 weeks, we want to help you create a new, healthy habit that will stay with you for decades to come, whether this means working out one day a week or six.
